Tubby`s Pizza in Marion

My husband and I are fans of good pizza and have been searching the area for a decent pie. After doing some shopping in town on a Friday night, we decided to order a pie from Tubby's because of all the great reviews it received. We were incredibly disappointed when we bit into our pizza. Tasteless crust; flavorless sauce; canned, rubbery mushrooms...the only flavor came from the sausage topping which was greasy and chewy. We ate about half the pie, purely out of extreme hunger, then chucked the rest. It wasn't worth saving.

Get a craving for a Tubby's pizza about once a year. Go with a pepperoni and mushroom. Will have to agree with other reviews and say I'm disappointed that Tubby's only accepts cash. But the pizza is good, and reasonably priced, just can beat Little Caesars for quantity and affordability.

Best pizza in the world every time we Come to Marion we stop at tubby's if they're open and give us a extra large pizza because there is no Pizza like tubby's

I am new to the area and a pizza lover. I ordered from Tubbys because it was the highest rated pizza place in town. Terrible idea. Poor poor quality. Crust might as well be cardboard. Sauce has a cheap flavorless taste. Breadsticks not made from scratch and come from a box. They taste awful. Your a pizza place....make your own dough. That’s like pizza 101. I will never order this again. I will not even save the leftovers.

Amazing place, I have been going here since I was 5. This place has amazing pizza as well as great people working there. Even though they dont deliver it allows you to get social interaction intead of being an old hermit in your house waiting for a delivery.

Tubbys is the only pizza shop we order from!!! Their food is always good and hot, even if you order delivery. We getthe extra large with double pep double cheese and light sauce (for only 21.50) and have leftovers for the next day! Definitely a pizza lover's paradise!

Pizza was very good. The owner was a tad to serious for us charleston, SC folk. Haha. Must have if you are in Marion!!!

I'm from Chicago so I found it lacking. Tried the sausage and cheese, was kind suprised at the processed meat. After hearing how great this was supposed to be.

I love the tubbys because its delicious so fresh mushrooms taste like mushrooms the ingredients are fresh. .its the number one pizza in town for a very long time when I come visit from Indiana to my hometown I make sure to order one!

The pizza is the greatest! But, Tubbys has never shown any appreciation to its community. Never a discount, a coupon, a charitable gift to anything in the community. They even refuse to take any payment except cash, which is not a modern day method and can be very inconvenient for people. They didn't do anything for anybody during this Covid crisis either. I am a past, long term Marion resident and feel humiliated and ashamed of these owners who have lived off the community for decades and never did a thing to show their appreciation. Greed is unforgivable!

Love the subs myself and my family loves everything Tubby's. They're always busy because many people enjoy the square cut thin crispy slices and alil more affordable price for families. The service is good. So give it a try...they'll make just about anything you want to think of.

Always hot and ready for pick up when they say. And it's always delicious.

Tubby's Pizza is fantastic. I grew up in Marion, so yes Tubby's has a nostalgic tinge for me. However, I have traveled extensively, and lived in other parts of the US. I have to say, for the money...for the quality...for the taste, Tubby's is an amazing pizza. Easily the best pie in town. You will never be disappointed.

It was awesome!!! I got a large double pepperoni. It's the pie I always get. If you have not sampled one of there pizzas, then I'm sorry for your loss. Just call in and order and pick it up in 15 minutes. Bet the pie will not make it back!I polish them off in the parking lot next door. The pies are that awesome!!

Why is it that Marion's Tubbys pizza doesn't deliver? The one is Galion and Marysville do! They also accept cards and NOT just cash. The Tubbys pizza in Marion isn't even as good as it's other 2 locations. To my knowledge, the Marion location is the original one and it's the worst. I really like Tubbys pizza BUT they need to get their act together and get with the times by offering delivery AND taking other forms of payment besides CASH!!! I get it Tubbys, you don't want to pay your fair share of taxes so you only take cash to "cook" the books...

Great pizza but I feel like the sauce could use more spices. Overall a great experience. Only downside is that is a cash only site.

Surprisingly still great pizza after 10 years of eating Tubbys. All the food places have changed their taste and look. Not this deliciously classic pizza. I would recommend this pizza to that tv show. Dinner, Dine in, and Drives. Its that good.

The pizza is just ok. Tubby's needs to get with the times and start taking card instead of cash only.. im into supporting local business, but when every other pizza place in town takes card, and delivers... I'm surprised they are still in business to be honest.

Holy Cow I beleive Tubbys outdid themselves this time! We ordered a variety of their foldovers last night!! OMG were they so good!!!

Usually when we order a pizza every Friday night they will tell us to be 15 minutes. Every now and then we get in there I have to wait another 10-15 minutes because there are packed. The even have them stand outside the door wanting in. Their pizzas are great it's worth waiting for the price they ask is very reasonable and the guy at the register knows his job he's got a memory better than an elephant. You're asked for like 10 people's names and remember every one of them great place to get pizza and subs they've got pop and chips and some other snacks. love the pizza so much every Friday night we order pizza from them Tubby's Pizza. for those of you who never tried it you missing out best pizza in Marion actually probably the best pizza in the whole state of Ohio I love pizza I can eat it everyday of the week with no problem. I have been a real Tubby's pizza 🍕 fan since I can remember! Our neighbor Steve was one of the owners to one of the shops they have around Marion and Marion County! It was so exciting to get to have pizza 🍕 every weekend from when he closed his shop and came 🏡! Felt special or something bc I knew who the original Tubby owners were as a lil 👧! Good pizza but good Lord take cards. I don't think square's 3% or whatever is gonna put you in the poorhouse. Maybe paying taxes will tho I dono lol. After a few years of visiting the atm before hitting up Tubby's I'm done.

It is always amazing. Never not amazing. Never changes. Can't get better, will never get worse. Its Tubbys. Marion loves it.

Love the pizza. The wait time is short. Great quality food. And when you order extra cheese you get extra cheese. Always make sure that I have cash though because they are a cash only business.
